Shipping & Returns

Dispatch Times:​ We aim to have your orders dispatched asap usually the next business day. However there may be delays up to 2 business days in rare cases. For urgent orders please get in touch.​ 

Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a dispatched email and tracking number. ​Exchanges, Returns & Refunds. ​

Change of Mind: We offer a 14-day change of mind policy for a STORE CREDIT only. Please choose carefully as refunds will only be issued if your item/s are deemed faulty. For change of mind purchases all items must be returned to us safely in their original un-opened/un-used condition (at the expense of the customer). All returned items must include all packaging, any sticker sheets, boxes and clear wrapping must be included along with proof of purchase. The issued store credit does not include the original shipping fee paid. This will be forfeited. 

Faulty Products: Should you find your item faulty/unusable in any way please get in touch and we will provide you a replacement product along with a return shipping label to return the faulty product. Where a replacement is not possible the item will be refunded. To submit a return enquiry please get in touch with your name, order number & returning reason.
